KEK DURIAN DELIGHT

   Lama benor xlawat blog ni.....tiba2 muncul ngan durian hehehe. terima kasih pada yang sudi menjenguk, lalu2 n intai2 kat xcni ye....pagi ni terpanggil nak update blog ni. Mulanya rasa malas tp dah lame sangat xupdate...boring la orang yg datang kan? asyik gambo apam jer...

   Dah masuk tahun baru ni nak gak update en3 kan hehehe. Pagi ni nak la update kek yang dalam list dan lame dah tertangguh dek kerana bz ngan anak2 n bahan xcukup (duyan le tuuu). Kebetulan plak satu rumah ni antu duyan, maka cik suami pon beli duyan wat stok sejuk bekukan dalam peti es. Makanya tertunai la hasrat nak mencuba....


   Kek yang dah ramai mencubanya...dari tahun lepas lg kot hehehe. Recp hasil google2 dan jumpa kat blog ABM...saiz kecik jer tp bila dah letak filling bagai hah! berat gak tu hehehe. Sedap di makan kala sejuk....Terima kasih ABM atas recpnya ye...puas makan.  Jom intai recpnya di bawah....layannnn :)


KEK DURIAN DELIGHT

BAHAN BAHAN
(loyang 18cm)

Kek Span Vanilla
bahan A
3 biji kuning telur
100g gula halus (blender halus gula biasa)
50g minyak sayuran
150g tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil vanilla
1 sudu kecil baking powder
100ml air (nak ganti susu segar pon boleh)

bahan B
3 biji putih telur
1/4 sudu kecil cream of tartar
60g gula kastor

Cream Durian Delight
500g isi durian (dikisar)
250ml non-diary whipping cream
1 sudu kecil gelatin halal
2 sudu besar air

Outer Layer Cream (sy skip)
100ml non-diary whipping cream
1 1/2 sudu besar gula (Jika guna whipping cream yg tawar)

CARA CARA

Kek Span Vanilla
1. Satukan kesemua bahan A kedalam mangkuk dan gaul sebati. Ketepikan.
2. Putarkan putih telur dan cream of tartar sehingga berbuih. 
   Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit dan putar sebati lagi sehingga kental. 
   Jika diterbalikkan mangkuk, putih telur tak tumpah.
3. Masukkan sedikit putih telur dan masukkan kedalam adunan tepung. Kaup balik sekata. 
   Masukkan lagi selebihnya dan kaup balik sebati.
4. Panaskan oven 170C. Masukkan adunan kedalam loyang dan hentakkan sedikit.
5. Bakar didalam oven selama 45-50 minit bergantung pada oven. Bila dah siap, sejukkan diatas redai.

Cream Durian Delight.
1. Didalam mangkuk kecil tahan microwave, masukkan gelatin dan air. 
   Masukkan kedalam microwave dan gaul sehingga gelatin cair sepenuhnya. Ketepikan.
2. Putarkan whipping cream sehingga kental.
3. Masukkan gelatin kedalam isi durian yg dikisar. Gaul rata. Masukkan pula whipping cream dan kaup balik sebati.

Outer Layer Cream
1. Pukul whippng cream dan gula (optional) sehingga kental dan ketepikan.
(Buat sebaik sahaja kek sudah disejukkan didalam peti ais)

Penyediaan.
1. Belah kek kepada 3 bahagian. Setiap layer diletakkan cream durian delight tersebut. Salut bahagian luarnya juga.
2. Biarkan sejuk didalam peti ais selama 1 jam sebelum disapu bahagian luarnya. 

3. Sapukan whipping cream dibahagian luar dan decoratelah ikut citarasa.
